Term / Acronym Unabridged Explanation
Address Address The address where work is to be carried out.
addressName Full address The address in full.
Asid Access ID The Access Service Identifier. This is the eIdentifier given to the UCLL Access link (Copper Pair(s)) or the UBA Link.
completedBy Completed The date completed DD/MM/YYYY.
customerName Customer Name The name of customer receiving the connection.
customerNegotiated Customer reschedule flag A flag indicating that the customer has rescheduled the appointment.
dueDate Due Date The date on which the required action on the Service Order must be completed.
exchangeCode Exchange A unique alphanumeric identifier that Chorus assigns to an exchange.
ffpDistrPort Fibre Flexibility Point (FFP) distribution port A Fibre Flexibility Point distribution port. This is a roadside cabinet where the feeder fibre from the Central Office is connected or patched to the distribution fibre for the End User Premises, or End User Tenancy, or NBAP (as applicable).
ffpDistrShelfId Fibre Flexibility Point Shelf The Fibre Flexibility Point Shelf.
ffpEnclBay Fibre Flexibility Point bay The Fibre Flexibility Point bay.

ontModel ONT Model The Model Number of the Optical Network Terminal.
postCodeZone Post Code The location Post Code, as per NZ address standards.
preferredContact Customer phone The preferred Customer phone number as provided by the Customer.
reasonCode Not complete code This is an RNC code, which is returned as a result of something that is identified during the Agree or Install appointment. On occasion they can be returned when contacting (or attempting to) the end customer to confirm a Technician's visit for the Agreement.
roadNameConcat Full road name The address Road Name.
S/O Service Order The key entity of the Work Order API. The Service Order represents the entity assigned to a Service Company to accept, manage and complete the field work.
salesOrder Sales Order A Sales Order number links a collection of Service Orders.
siteContactName Customer name The end Customer Name.
Slid Service Line ID The ONT Provisioning Identifier. A unique identifier for a given possible or real service delivered from a P-OLT. There is a current SLID naming standard that relates the SLID to the exchange or cabinet, P-OLT sequence number at the site, the slot number in the chassis, and the port number on the card in the slot.
soStage Service Order Stage The stage options are: CONSENT_REQUIRED, CUSTOMER_ACTION, ESCALATED, or ON_HOLD.
soType Service Order Type This describes what the Service Order action is: Connect, Disconnect, Move, Transfer Primary, or Secondary.
splitterId Splitter Splitters are optical components that split from one fibre into many. The splitter allows a single fibre from the CO to be shared among a number of End Users.
splitterPort Splitter Port The Port on the Splitter to be used.
stageCode Status This denotes the order stage, which is changeable by Chorus and the Service Company.
streetNumConcat Street The location street name, as per NZ address standards.
townName Town The location town name, as per NZ address standards.
